Thanks for a great review Windowseatguy! I`m glad that you had such a positive experience with Cathay Pacific. Reviews I have read over recent months have been mixed, with some commenting that the airline isn`t what it once was due to cost cutting, but we see no evidence of this on your flight.

Oh my gosh... i just took CX from HKG to DXB last month, but as usual, in economy class. Hope one day I would be able to be in Business class like u.... btw, great review 👍

Nice review mate! That tea selection in the lounge was massive. The service cart is definitely iconic compared to ala carte dining in my opinion.

CX desperately need to revamp it's food menu. And the way they serve them, It's all still very 7/80 style.

the aircraft is too old, it should be phased out, Cathay should change to A350-900 in the future.

Ken Ni agreed! Although I also appreciate that Cathay refurbished some of their a330-300 with the a350-900 seat in the meantime.

But an old Cathay A330 Business Class is still better than a new A350 Business Class of Lufthansa 🤷🏻‍♂️

Michael Wan yup!! The seat on this a330 is very similar to that on the new a350
