I attended the Miramar CA show on Sat 9/28. This machine is an absolute Beast. The pilot’s skills are impressive, off the chain. Was my first time at an air show and seeing this kind of aircraft. My heart was pounding. The pilot put on a bad ass show! Phenomenal photography work here! 👏🏻 I love it. Will definitely be going to more air shows. The Blue Angels were outstanding! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Awesome video Elwyn. I love your work. Your passion for it shows in each video. I miss the Miramar air show. I went to 20 - 25 before I moved. I practically grew up there when it was NAS Miramar. I'll damn sure not miss another after seeing the F-35B, doing the dance of it's granddaddy, the Harrier.

Amazing video. This VSTOL usefulness has me puzzled when so few mention vulnerability of long runways these days compared with the Harriers in the 80s. JSF is more like the SHAR to me... The P1154 would have damaged dispersed runway facilities, is this not also true for JSF? Imagine JSF in Belize?

The STOVL capability has already been tested and used (at least in training) by the Marines and the aircraft itself is designed to operate under austere conditions. It was one of the major goals earlier on in order to replace the Harrier
