Stella always seems so very warm and puts me at ease very quickly, which is rare for folks like me (who have depression/ptsd/anxiety) so she is GOOD. Anyone think her airline is under-utilizing her? She's so gifted with this stuff and should be like a paid PR person or brand ambassador or at least a flight attendant instructor. I have a question, so when will it ever stop, like how will you guys ever be together in person if you only see him every couple months and that's it? With military families, they're gone for a while but then when they come back they're together for months and months until they're deployed again. But with flight attendants, you won't ever be home? It's ongoing right? Until you quit I guess? Im not sure but I feel so sorry though because I can't imagine not being able to see my SO! It seems like you're always on the go. You're such a sweet person and i LOVE your videos so I hope this isn't coming off rude!

Ashlea G I'll say this: everyone has different love languages. Some people (including myself) do not feel fulfilled by being with our SO allll the time. Since, Stella takes off every other month for couple's time, she might be satisfied with things as they are.

I've had good and bad experiences with flying non-rev. When I was flying from Los Angeles to Austin, I was #23, but I was still able to get a seat. However, when my mom flew non-rev from Honolulu to Los Angeles, she was stranded for almost two days. Eventually, she just went out and bought a ticket instead of waiting another day.

Hi Stella! I am thinking about becoming a flight attendant but I have so many concerns! I can see that you really love what you do. I think I would really enjoy it as well. What troubles me, is the constant amount of MONEY you are spending in your videos.... Between meals, and transportation, and "water" after long flights... How do you afford it on flight attendant salary? Does your airline pay for food/commute? Anything? Or is it all out of pocket? I understand that you are not paid for nearly half the hours that you put into the job. (getting ready, arriving early, commuting) I'm just so defeated and would love some insight on tips and tricks and what it actually 'costs' to be a flight attendant.
