The first time I took my RMX 2.0 to my local drift track I was instantly humbled when I realized I couldn't drift well at all! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 My local track is vct tile and it took some time but I quickly realized drifting is a slow art so for anyone that thinks it should be faster well that's called awd power sliding. Well done great video Love the Trans Am body 🔥🔥👊👊👍👍
@TomleyRC2 жыл бұрын
Yes. I agree… you can’t instantly go fast and need a bit of space to find your way. I’m sure after some tuning and practice the speed will naturally increase 👍

9 months, not bad! I just painted a body I started two years ago, Hahhaha! Sweet looking Trans Am! I’m not a drifter but love Trans Ams and that body is beautiful! If you like them as well about 20 years ago Nikko made a white 1/10 scale Trans Am and had a hard body with light buckets. You might be able to find one on eBay. Really nice body and has an opening hood. Came with a white hood and a clear hood to see the engine detail. Thanks for the video, great drifting!

For the gyro fiddle with the gain on the assist mode. That mode has a slow servo return, and it’s a little better for beginners. Try to keep the front as droopy as you can cuz you need as much front grip as you can get. That’s how u can get better with time.

YESSSSS! A drift video! I just built the Yokomo YD2 RX ( rear motor) . Nice drifting " F* the haters " 😂✌ - I'm excited for some more drift content!!! Most RC drifting isn't very fast anyway so I don't see what these people complain about. here in the States the supply chain is an absolute SH** show, but fortunately i was able to piece stuff together. I also went with the xr10 pro esc but went with the hobby wing D10 13.5 to try out. The body looks awesome, well done.

Drifting is slow, at first. But the more you drive, the better you get your suspension and steering tuned, the faster you'll be. Drifting isn't a race anyway. Sure, there's an element of speed to it, but the technique and showboating is what gets you the points. Rc drifting, to me, is more about hanging out with people and doing something cool and fun at the same time. Teaching people how to do it and giving help with set ups is my favorite part. Nothing like the smile that appears on someone's face when they finally get it.
