Ann, you could just fold the tabs underneath when laminating, keep the laminating pouch whole , put a sheet of paper between two pockets, saves time when you produce two and also avoids the risk of the laminating pouch wrapping around the hot plates. 😍

I showed several of your videos to my other crafting friends, and we came up with a great idea. We are making small laminated wallet/envelopes and stringing them on ribbon or yarn (like lanyards) to give to all the nurses in the nearby ER unit. This would keep their money and ID safe from wetness and they could wear it while on duty. I just wanted to let you know how much you inspired us, and maybe you’d like to do a video of this idea with your own unique twist! I figured you might even come up with a better idea. We punched a small eyelet hole through the top corner of the wallet, but we decided that messed up the flap opening, so we’ve tried putting it in a bottom corner. We’re using the plastic snaps that you used in one of your videos. Any helpful ideas you can come up with, we greatly appreciate! We love your videos, and we hope your housing situation gets resolved for you quickly. One of our group is in a similar situation so we ALL understand your frustration! Be well, all will work out! God Bless you, and stay safe! From: Crazy Crafters group, and FlowerGems Girl!😍🥰🤩

Im absolutely loving your laminating wisdom series!... You've given me sooo much inspiration that I cannot wait to try them all out especially the "matt napkin" creations they are sooo beautiful, but todays tip I'm particularly interested in, (Sorry in advance for waffling🙄 but heres a little back story🥱) My mum worked at an "Assisted living centre" and 5-6 times a year they have a "fete/fayre" type event's and I take my cards & creative projects etc with me to sell, I donate some of my more elaborate projects to their raffle to help raise 💷 for their centre... At the Christmas fayre they like to buy quite a few of my cards to make up Christmas sets So this year I was going to try it out and see how popular they'd be...?... The point I'm trying to make is that I was going to make up some handmade card boxes to hold a full set of whether its for Christmas, Hanukkah or yule type cards... "BUUUT" now I've watched your "ingenious laminating revelations" and I've totally changed my mind, your project stores all of the cards & envelopes in one tidy folder, they're also dust proof, wipe clean, and the beautiful covers will match the cards inside making them super versatile and durable... Theres one problem that I'm sure your all aware of the "zombie 🧟♀️ apocalypse" going on around us, Sadly this means "No" fayres, fetes or card making club's. My daughter and I decided to make individual & packs of 5-10 cards, to help raise money for the "Sam Beare Hospice" where sadly my mother in law lost her fight with breast cancer, All of the proceeds will be halved so that 50% will go to the "Sam Beare" hospice Trust and 50% to the "Breast Cancer" awareness trust... I am sooo sorry for waffling on... ...🙄... I should have just said yours is awesome & mines absolute 'pants' ...🩲... Take care & stay safe my lovely... 💫😷🧟♀️📠🧟😷💫 P.s I am truly sorry for 🗣 waffling!...
@PositivelyPapercraft4 жыл бұрын
Please don't be sorry for waffling!! Its such a lovely thing to do and so kind of you to give the proceeds to charity. So sorry about your Mother in law :-( xx

@@PositivelyPapercraft Ahhh thank you, I do worry about talking too much... ...🗣👂🤭... Whilst my craft/art room is being put together I can't get to any of my crafting treasures and I'm starting to go stir crazy... ...🥴🥸🤪... Im sitting sketching out my furniture placement, desk plans, shelving levels, working out how to turn a CD rack into a wall mounted promarker storage system, then I need to know where to stick my extension leads so I don't need to bend down to plug things in, and dont even get me started on how many bloody lists I've written... Im positively limp wristed... ...✍🤦🏼♀️📝... I hope you get your move date soon I know how frustrating it can be especially if your all packed up and ready to go...🚚... Have a wonderfully creative weekend, take care & stay safe my lovely... 💫😷⏳🤗⏳😷💫
