I'm glad you've discovered the J-Metal/Rock rabbit hole. 'Metal Warriors' refers to the original reason Miho founded the band - to bring back original Heavy Metal sound of the 80's and 90's. Miho left for personal reasons, and they went on hiatus, Miyako and Asami had babies, and they held auditions and selected 20yr old bass phenom Fami in 2022 to continue their Metal Journey. They just completed a European tour, and after playing in S Korea and Tokyo they are coming to the US for the first time to play 4 concerts in September. It's deep and it runs even deeper. The J-Metal/Rock scene is one of those scenes that truly delves into the different awesome edges of what these music genres can be. It started for me back in 2011 when I discovered on one of the Saw films a music video by X-Japan and the curiosity never slowed. Thank you for the suggestion.

@@1970Phoenix to be perfectly honest I'm inclined to agree with you there. I've heard a lot of music over the years but this band stands out in ways I haven't heard most do. Once a certain sound becomes one bands sound and they're popular among popular, that kinda becomes the whole follow the leader thing that Korn talked about once before. It almost takes guts anymore to not be in the flow which is what it is on one hand but on the other hand it drowns bands identities really fast.

Unfortunately a lot of it is about commercialized music these days and a lot of bands don't put much energy into making their entire library something that can be listened to on repeat. It's exciting to know that there's still bands out there that care about making an entirety of great music rather than just one or two songs per outing.
