I just picked mine up to day , it’s for everyday and it’s our second R.V. , I have a son with autism so the bathroom is a plus if he needs to change or has to take a break , I also need the bathroom. I am so happy , it is going to help us be able to get out and do more things .

The good thing about the cassette toilet inside the van is that the toilet can be used even on snowy days. I love this van because it can park in a regular parking space.

I just saw the scope for the first time today at my local RV dealer and I absolutely fell in love with it. I'm 6 3 1/2 and I can stand up all the way in it

Excellent, excellent commentary from you and a great walk through! I'm looking for a Van that has a rear bath... I like the concept of the cassette toilet because of its convenience and I like the fact that I can pull up anywhere and just sleep.....It seems that couch can be used just for 1 person comfortably as well as for a couple when pulled out. I'm actually even thinking of getting this as my car. That way I don't have to store an RV and this is small enough to be as you say just like a Van you would use for your family to drive around in..... And like you said also I have had a trailer, an A class and a C class and now I have come to the decision that for me, right now in my life, a van is perfect and convenient and affordable. This is a great choice!! Thank you for your walk through!

The cassette toilet is a better option for those using this for day trips and weekends. Thor needs to offer an L , luxury edition. Should have a slide out for the bed. Upgraded covering for couch , matching the front seats. 22 inch tv and entertainment system, wifi extender, improved armrest and cup holder for couch. Spare cassette for toilet. Sliding screen door, and convection microwave

How does the Scope differ from the Rize18
@english262612 жыл бұрын
They are the same from what dealer told me. Just for marketing purposes they have a different colored interior and exterior colors. I looked at both and got the Scope in silver. Just liked the look of it better.

There's nothing "cool" about a cassette toilet. When you hear that, you know the person telling you that either has never used one or they are a snake oil salesman. Don't show your ignorance by disagreeing with this comment.
@CD-sz7tf2 жыл бұрын
Thank you for the heads up. Which rv did you have that had the cassette toilet? I'm doing some research for a purchase soon. Thank you.
@al37242 жыл бұрын
@@CD-sz7tf I did try a cassette toilet in a DIY van build and truly disliked it. I prefer the bag system if you do not have a rig large enough to accommodate a proper black water tank. You can dispose of the bags anywhere without anyone knowing what you are doing.
@CD-sz7tf2 жыл бұрын
@@al3724 alright great info, I do like the idea of a cassette, but it would only be used as a last resort. Just seems easy to dump instead of finding a dump station for a true black tank station. And I wouldn't be using toilet that much anyway, and wouldn't want to be driving around forever until black tank was getting enough to justify cost of dumping it. I'm sure it's not good to go long amounts of time with that, "stuff" sloshing around waiting to be dumped at a station. Thanks again!
@al37242 жыл бұрын
@@CD-sz7tf Interesting, because most people I've heard speak well of the cassette toilet also say that they only use it for emergencies. I guess the best way to use a cassette toilet is to not use it. A black tank can be a pain to empty as well. The bag system is worth considering because you can keep it in a Trasharoo or any garbage bag outside your rig until you are able to dispose of it.
@CD-sz7tf2 жыл бұрын
@@al3724 that bag system seems like a nifty system, but usually most new off lot RV's are just cassette or normal black tank.....I think for my application, cassette is the way I would prefer. Now if it was for a full family using it all the time, black tank all the way. Or just grab a shovel and dig a hole.....haha....I hope to have this problem sooner than later, still looking around at different options for TVs. Thanks again!
