Wow Wes. You got some essential listens for sure. I never really got into the whole CD boom. Maybe in the early days. But when I started working at Strawberries Records I mainly kept all of the promotional CD's that were sent to me. But I never bought any of the regulI was still collecting vinyl when they were very low priced. No one wanted them in the eighties and nineties. Everyone was selling off their collections and buying CD's instead. It was literally the best time to be a vinyl collector. But I still love the look of CD's. Thanks for sharing them~ Rob/Boston

I always liked the CD format, it was when they started to decline 20 years ago that I got more serious about my vinyl collection. Now vinyl has become a very expensive hobby so I am trying to build up the CD collection while it is easy and inexpensive.

Johny Thunders - never would have thought those would show up at a Thrift. Parachute is my favorite Pretty Things album. Figure 8 is my favorite Elliot Smith album. Big Star Third takes a few listen to fully catch. I love that Frank Blank album more than anything by the Pixies and is definitely in my top 50.

How come I can never find Pink Floyd, Genesis, yes any of the good groups in my thrifts, not even jazz. But pop and rap there are tons.

I would love to find more hip-hop CD's, pop is plentiful but I do enjoy it.
