Hi Chris, Believe I only ever conversed on here once with yourself. Ill try cover most of which you've said that i feel is possibly aimed at me. I cant comment, of whatsapps and screen shots and all that as we've never conversed as Paul & Chris. As well as anything derogatory on the FB groups, though id be happily notified otherwise. Ive been on the receiving end of jibes and remarks. Though I don't rise to it. Life to short. Watched your vid as I often do, and would be lying if i said I don't. No I'm not a subscriber nor do I like or dislike your videos. As no I don't necessarily agree with everything you say. Thats a personal preference on my part. You do call out other people in your vids as fake, not by name and that you can tell and see the holes in what they are doing/saying. Also saying people if they say this or that is lying. As well as being negative towards some. Which your entitled to, its your vid. If others feel whether directly or indirectly that they are being encompassed in that bracket then they will also feel an element of being defensive of them self. So no different in my vids or anyone else's, if i feel the same. Its an opinion. However I do enjoy watching people pick and can appreciate the fact you pick and pick extremely well, better then an ok picker, as often given out to people by some. Because they can't bare to bring themselves to say it. I have no issue in saying so. I'd look a prize p@£k if i said otherwise?. However, its your channel and its not fair for me to come and throw the cat amongst the pigeons, in your creation because of a belief. It's my opinion, so choose to keep it that way rather then use your platform as a means to voice my opinions. No one can say then i'm doing it to try make you or anyone else look stupid. Or that i'm trying to poach some of your subs or a host of any other reason they believe. So I keep quiet. The same way I wont dislike your video as its classed as engagement and doesn't negatively effect your rankings. It actually helps you, which many don't actually realise. Just a shame they cant leave a comment also, and discus rather then hide behind essentially an emoji. Again thats how some people are, i accept that. I don't expect you or anyone to watch mine or even agree and converse. Opinions clash, its a part of life. We still live in a world that has some what some free speech left. You have your way of presenting and your loyal followers and can run your channel how ever you see fit. In the same way that I can. Whats annoying is people using a fake profile to engage and try entrap the information they wished to collate. Thinking I wouldn't realise from the offset and catch on, what they were up to. Trying to bait, by asking the question on a pick they have a personal disliking too, trying to throw fuel on the fire by being antagonistic, Stirring waiting on something to take back to the others. Saying they will get the creator of a pick they believe has been copied, to comment on my channel, on my vid. WHY? for the tool I personally choose to use, or the people i associate with. This is what causes tension and is why I said I distance myself from such things. The video in question wasn't promoting the pick, or rubbishing anyone else's at that either. Yes it was used in the video, but is the pick I choose to use. As you have your favourites also. They could of just come asked me as them self. I don't hide behind a mask. I'm willing to discuss with you further as adults, if you wish. If not, it's no drama. Theres space on youtube for us both and many many more. The giveaway is aimed at helping someone who may need it. I looked into collecting money so that it could also be donated to said person that wins so that they could purchase tools, insurance, fuel food or what ever they choose. Something i looked into early on in Lockdown. When i looked into it there lots of hoops to jump through, as id basically be acting like a charity/lotto. I couldn't take money. Does that make me a bad person, when its someone else benefitting from it?. Make of it as you will. My Giveaway doesn't interfere or have anything to do with yours. As said your able to run your channel as you see fit. Whether you charge, don't charge or take donations. Thats your decision. If people willing to pay/donate or enter thats their free choice to do so. I made Wales prominent in my video for the very fact that unlike you I don't have a welsh accent. As you very well know. Its no secret. Many people don't know, and still don't know I moved less then a year ago, i never made it public knowledge. Many have previously trained with me in South London. So many would assume i Still live there. As all my other vids on "how I became a locksmith" talk about my location as London. So wanted to ensure people were aware to the fact that i'm not. I don't see how that is so offensive to you, or a dig at you personally or your channel. How does me stating where i live cause any harm, alarm or distress to you.? Sometimes people can read more into things then is really necessary, because they are looking for an issue. Also i've never and would never claim to be the best picker in the uk let alone on the planet. If thats a title you want then your welcome to it, and i tip my hat and applaud you. I know my abilities and i'm happy to remain humble through personal choice. Some will like us, Some won't. Sometimes for no reason or explanation. Its life. Your welcome to pick apart my videos if you wish. They are on a public viewing platform and a sitting target for anyone who wants to take the time too. i'm wise enough to know theres always people who are going to have issue or find faults its in some peoples DNA, to try devalue people . If i was fearful and didn't have broad enough shoulders i wouldn't post vids. Locks cover obviously, cylinders, mortice, safes padlocks typically. There is always going to be elements of cross over on vids. Especially lever locks as its something we both like. I try to be different in mine or show a different aspect. Think your trying to make something out there that is completely untrue. There are loads of people who do giveaways, I had no idea who you was until I just looked back over my videos and screenshots and then I could see your Paul , the guy who does reviews for GJ, and now live in the same town as him is that right! Paul I have many screenshots of you talking shit about people in that secret group, I have your profile and your comments all over them. When you lot get together you seem to think it’s fine to slag people behind there back. I tell you what I’ve also been shown, and YES I have screenshots of this as well, is you using a website to get extra likes on a video that you put up, I know for a fact you did, that’s something a 15 year old boy would do 😂 I tell you what I do have a problem with and I will put most of this in my next video. Is you doing a video, the same video you payed, or gained free likes on, trying to explain that the wire that you get with your pick is enough for the fortress, and it would be, you clearly don’t have a wire from me because you only need the one. Let me tell you why my standard wire won’t reach the number 1 height, because I make them with more curve than a you else, why do I make them like that, because anyone who’s in to mortice pick Mali g SHOULD now the neck is a very important part, and the more curve and dip you can get in that, will allow you to get under very low levers much easier than with a straight one or a slightly curved one, this will then save you having to corkscrew out from the run more, maki g it a more comfortable pick. I have a load of straight wires that will lift to number 1, that is a very small part of my wires but you seen to only focus on that part which I found a little strange as you say you have been picking years. Another thing you say is you don’t polish your wires, and just like you said if people want to do that they can. So your sat there with a dull looking wire but in your left hand you have a £250 tension bar that will only put tension on the lock for you. That thing is shiny as fuck and still going in to the same lock. You contradict yourself a lot, or cover your tracks more like. Anyone who makes a custom pick will shine it, does it change the picking, no but it’s about presentation and how the tool is presented. You was aiming that at me. Then your best mate has a similar video again talking about the rb pick or the rb copy, 😂 who else you know that puts videos out right now that are using them 2 picks! Just me dude. It takes a picker like me, to know when a picker like you is misleading people. I get you have loyalty to Geraint because you run Training for his tools, but I told you lot before to stop talking shit about people and your included in that Paul and you know you are. Like I said here is my personal number, if you got a problem with the video I’m going to put out I really don’t care, but if you lot in that group don’t fucking stop, I will put a slide show together, with the proof that you buy/ got free likes for your video. I know a lot of people in higher places to get information like this. I got no problem with you doing videos, giveaways, training, using any pick you like, just don’t aim parts of your videos at me.
