Lacuna Coil is an incredibly underrated band. Christina's vocals are so so good and the duality with Andrea's vocals is incredible. The dual vocals you were referring to with clean female vocals vs growls is referred to as beauty and the beast style vocals and there actually are quite a few European bands that do this! 😊

Blood, Tears, Dust was my introduction to Lacuna coil and I only started listening in 2019? Summer time I believe. I don’t know much of their old stuff as I only have Delerium and Black Anima. I absolutely love both of those albums.

Lacuna Coil is a unique group. Cristina has incredible charisma and vocals. I recommend Tight rope, Intoxicated, House of shame, To the edge in live versions.

The 1st song was off Delirium, which was an excellent concept album and showed off their more aggressive side. You hit the nail on the head with the 2nd song. It showcased Christina’s vocal ability. The album version has drums in it but they nixed in the live version.
