After hundreds of hours of playtime, I discovered today you can shoot and destroy the canisters that drop from sentinels at a distance and collet the loot. Didn't think to pay attention to whether or not you get the shield regen though.

you do get the shield regen. You can also use the mining laser if you want to.

Also the wheelbarrows in the camps have a chance of dropping multitool and ship slot upgrades and other goodies so are worth collecting 😂❤

If the system was discovered prior to the update it will not have ships or sentinel ships crashed there you need to find an undiscovered system or you get the interference message.sometimes it will send you to a nearby system where there is a village

the only issue i have with the spiders is they move to far away which often makes them lose track of you. if they stayed closer it wouldnt be an issue they should use the biologic horror AI and move closer while flanking at least then you wont have to hunt them down while they are also invisible

For any ship hunter looking for a nice looking sentinel ship try attacking the space station, it will spawn the same model sentinel fighters as the crashed ones you can find on the planets in that system. Edit: I dont know if updates will affect this, some ship spawns have been known to change model. This may or may not effect the model of the sentinel fighters aswell, if it doesn't it will make this method obsolete.

@@WiredDrummer you have to do the sentinel ship quest line, you can start this by either: 1- successfully defeating a corrupted sentinel swarm 2- destroying a sentinel freighter. The game will tell you what to do from there.

In one of my plays, I have 3 multitools, so I just use the names to label what they are best at like scanner, shooter, miner, and terrain. It's mostly determined by the upgrades on each tool and I don't waste space on nonessentials.

some systems just don't have crash ships in the new update. But if you use the harmonic it will mark one for you in a different system

I got two Interceptor ships yesterday. I got a responder from a Nexus mission and one from destroying a Sentinel Capital Ship. They weren't as good as ships I've already have so I scrapped them. However, the ships I got were Ravenger class which are apparently different from the Blessing.

for the limited time that ive played on dissonant worlds, those who are desert or have no life usually dont have harmonic camps or sentinel interceptors crashed, but that is only my experience on this new update hope it helped

After you downed all the corrupted Sentinels you had 2 Echo Locators. Pop one of those off to get the location for an abandoned camp 🤘🤘

Would you know at all why none of the dissident planets I go to have corrupted Sentinels? I've only found one so far and the planet didn't have corrupted Sentinels in the description however I was attacked by one but then immediately attacked by regular Sentinels after

13:11, Only way I know of a character being blocked from going to Certain Systerms, is if they have the Hyperdrive Engine mod. Yellow solar systems are what everyone starts with aaccess to, but you have to modify your ship to ALLOW you near Red, Green and Blue Stars.

You inspired me to do a fresh start Bob. Starting planet was a pretty rad planet that had a nice B-Class multitool near my starting point as I spawned near a minor settlement. Got a paradise in the system which is where my base now is. All in all a good start

If you haven't broken down the C-Class sentinel yet... You can pretty much get an even trade for a-class, and possibly better from other pilots in the system. I did an even trade for my C-Class sentinel to a-class solar last night

Beware ... I got my first Interceptor using a utopia save that I was continuing ...and I did the Apollo quest in multi player ...and the teleport re skinned my interceptor to the utopia speeder ! ( old bug sometimes teleport redskins your ship in multi player )

The consensus is that Outlaw systems with Corrupted Sentinals don't have Camps or crashed Sentinal ships.

Not true. I’ve definitely found many. Pirate systems are my favorite because you can shoot the inverted mirror diggers with your ship and not get attacked by ships. 😂 But then I’ve definitely gotten camps and crashed ships in pirate systems. I think the problem here is there are some “barren” planets that don’t have those things.

Your echo locator did not find anything because your corrupted planet was uninhabited.....(I think as it was alo grav planet) also why when you completed the wave it did not automatically locate a ship for you .

How did you start this quest line? *Spoilers* I got all the way to where I either let Artemis die or let him live in suspended animation and I did all of the quests he gave me. None of them had me travel to a corrupted sentinel planet and lead me to a sentinel ship

It's not a quest. You have to look in the galaxy map for a System marked Dissonate where it usually says Water. then find the planet with Corrupted Sentinels which shows when you scan them from space.

I can never find the camps well I did once but not since. Got a c class multi then accidentally swapped it. duh... only way i get ships is by killing the freighters I'm dumb AF i know but the corrupted sentinels don't drop shit for me so no echo locator and most of the time their crap just falls through the ground and lost. Bob? how do you do it so easy? Apart from being godlike in your prowess and matchless valour.

They are all different. Procedurally generated like the other ships.

Ricey has done an initial break down and there are like 4 fuselage models 3 wing position several wing styles and a few other pieces ....there are probably hundreds if not thousands of actual models ...but broadly they will fall into about 4 main "types"

They need to fix this game,ever since the update my game crashes every ten mins. Which is annoying because I'm really enjoying this new content. Maybe one day Devs might figure out how to update a game without breaking something.
