SUMMARY 1 - Wear monochromatic outfits to look taller and leaner e.g all black 2 - wear boots more often; Chelsea boots, combat boots 3 - wear slim fitted clothes 4- fold sweaters properly rather then ha hanging them to avoid ‘shoulder nipples’ 5 - looking good at the gym with new clothes will make you feel better, more confident and improve your workout *plug for stitch fix* 6- find your colours - eye colour and skin tone play a huge part in outfits. If you wear blue and have blue eyes your eyes will pop. 7- don’t go crazy with different colours, a small colour pop is better then a whole outfit of colours 8- Alex shows a way how to fix a stuck zipper with a soap (as lubrications) and a candle. 9- if you are in a rush and clothes are wrinkly then take a hot shower and hang the clothes up in the room which will get rid of wrinkles (only for small wrinkles) I have now assumed the role of summary guy CEO.

I think so many guys who are going to the gym and who want to build muscles are facing the problem that the clothes they wear today might not be fitting as well as 6 months from now, because their chest, their arms, their legs simply get bigger.
