Too me. The hardest one is vietnam because they have a lot of tons, then korean because that specific one have too much sylabs. Then french because the way you pronounce its different than the way you read.

French one isn't a tongue twister at all because "ver", "vert" and "verre" are pronounced in the exact same way : "ver" with the guttural French "r". Here are proper tongue twisters : Kiki était cocotte et Coco concasseur de cacao. Kiki la cocotte aimait beaucoup Coco le concasseur de cacao.
