For Drag Queens typically their persona is feminine hence the female pronouns when referring to that persona. Some individuals are fluid and don’t mind male or female pronouns. I don't think you've gone to enough drag shows, followed enough IG drag accounts or watched enough Drag Race or you wouldn't make such a generalization. Plus drag is transformative there is no one "correct" way to do drag such that the standard is "conventional beauty" or feminine beauty. I'm sure even in Korea there are many drag esthetics that don't necessarily conform to the "pretty" or what queens would call fishy look.
