Can Arabic in Northwest Africa (Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia) and Arabic in the Middle East (Egypt, Jordan, Syria, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman) talk to each other? I heard that Arabic in northwestern Africa is very different
@nosky9296 Жыл бұрын
North Africans are basically amazigh (berber) who learned to speak arabic centuries ago, so lots of amazigh words are embeded in their arabic dialect, which makes it hard to understand, especially if they talk fast.

@@XYZ-qv7kx In fact, Moroccans and Algerians are the only ones who understand all dialects. Do not worry, you can learn classical Arabic and communicate with it with all Arabs, because they understand it well and can communicate with it.

Standard Arabic, no one speaks it, they will understand you, but you will not understand them If you want a dialect with which you can understand people and they understand you, then learn the Egyptian or Saudi slang, I don't advise you at all to learn Moroccan because it is very difficult and no one will understand you except Moroccans and Algerians

@maghribiMoorish Жыл бұрын
Moroccan darija is arabic, with some foreign words, and this applies for any language in the world. But saying that moroccan is mix of arabic, spanish and french is totally false and outrageous. Unfortunately, many Moroccans tend to degrade their own language without knowing! If moroccans tend to mix moroccan arabic with french just because they know french it's their problem, and moroccan dialect is innocent of this!
