Part of hijab is also that you're not attracting attention excessively to yourself. In some circumstances a less proper hijab will accomplish that goal better, as it will blend into the surroundings and still tell others that you're dressing modestly. The intention is there, but the presentation is modified to fit in the surroundings.

So, really the only differences between Muslims and Christian’s is that Muslims pray 5 times a day and the women wear Hijabs? (And eat different foods?).
@saunggenduroso4 ай бұрын
@@Melissa-JC islam and christian has a different and similarity to. The main difference between them is: 1. Christians believe in the Trinity (three God, son, holy spirit, and father). The God of Islam is one God, pure monotheism, not a Trinity. 2. A different view of Jesus. Christians believe and trust that Jesus is the God. Islam believe and trust that Jesus is a messenger/prophet, and has a miracle from God, same with other prophets in the world from Adam, Moses, Abraham, noah, and Muhammad (last prophet). 3. A different view of sin. Christians believe every human is born with original sin (Psalm 51:5; Ephesians 2:1). Muslims believe when you are born, you have a ‘clean slate.’ Islam claims that sin exists because of human weakness and forgetfulness (Surah 4:28). @@sugarlullaby wtf does that example of a completely different act and behaviour have anything to do with this
@ZunairahAhmed7 ай бұрын
@sabsain2399 we cannot speak about her reasons for why she does not wear the hijab the way it is prescribed because we do not know her personally. However, hijab cannot be forced upon someone because in Islam we are not allowed to force someone to wear the hijab if they do not want to. She has made the personal choice to start her hijab journey, and although she is not wearing it in the actual way, we cannot comment on it in a negative light because that is rude and we never know what she is going to do. Sometimes people wear the hijab but because it is worn incorrectly people tell them to take it off or they think that they shouldn't wear it because they don’t think they are ready to wear it completely so instead they'd rather not wear it at all. This is a bad thing because you never know if someone were about to wear it properly and someone telling them to wear it correctly or being rude could drive them away from wearing it. So instead what we do is, we pray for her and ask that she one day has the strength to wear it properly.

Nonetheless, I'm usually disappointed by Muslim representation in these kinds of videos since they tend to 'soften' the rules of Islam or hide/change some facts to make it more appealing to people but Deena did a great job of being honest and conveying true information!

Around a thousand years ago Imam Muhammad Al Ghazali told story of a man walking in the jungle. A roaring lion ran towards him and the man ran as fast as he could to escape from it. He noticed a well in front of him and he jumped inside hoping to escape from the lion. As he was falling inside the well, he grabbed onto the rope and saved himself. The man was so relieved but when he looked down he saw a big snake at the bottom of the well. It had its jaws wide open ready to swallow him up. The man then looked up and saw two mice nibbling at the rope. A black mouse and a white were both chewing into the rope. The scary lion was still prowling outside the well. The man's heart was pounding as he wondered how he could escape from this. Then he noticed a honeycomb in front of him which had delicious honey dripping from it. He stuck his finger into the honey and put it inside his mouth. It was delicious and for a moment he forgot about the lion, the snake and the two mice chewing at the rope. Imam Ghazali explained that the lion is like the angel of death which is always looming above us. The snake was like his grave which all humans will face. The black mouse and white mouse were like the day and night which are always nibbling at our life (the rope). The honey was like this dunya (this temporal world) which with its momentary sweetness makes us forget the death and the eternal life.

My beloved brothers and sisters in islam, yes, we have to respect other people, and we can't force them on the way they live but as a Ummah we have to take care of each other and warn each other about bowing down to another being and I know that this is culture according to them but we should care what Allah has commanded us and His messenger Muhammed sallallaahu alayhi wa Salam. So please, my brothers and sisters don't shake hands of the opposite gender or bow to other than Allah because shirk is the greatest sin which will not be forgiven when someone dies upon it without seeking the forgiveness of Allah the Almighty. May Allah guide us all and make it easy.

She's sooo pretty and delivered islamic content pefectly too! May God bless her Jannah. Aamin! Dating with marriage in mind is what she mentioned and it is allowed as the person has intention to marry the other one after meeting each other couple of times to see whether they are compatible personality wise, sense of living and etc.
