The problem is, mobile PVZ wasn’t always free, it used to be about 7.99, it was only a few years ago that they changed PVZ to be free with ads, however, people who bought it didn’t get refunds, now they just paid 7.99 for a game with ads The same thing happened with certain sonic games, such as sonic 4 mobile Was paid originally, but in an update became free with ads, anyone who bought it before that update now just paid for a game with ads

Here's the thing about Plants vs. Goblins: the goblins actually look pretty alright (not sure why you critiqued the head size. That's a very common artistic choice with cartoony art styles like this.) But why on EARTH are the plants so F*CKING HIDEOUS in comparison????? Also, I'd never seen PvZ 3 before. Holy shit, it looks absolutely horrendous. The art style is one of my favorite parts of the first game and I'm disgusted seeing 3 lol

the 2nd to last one is not a ripoff, its just similar. it added new mechanics such as the mines, reloading and losing when 3 people die. any tower defense game has to have enemies that are different levels of strength, so the chef zombie isn't a ripoff of the cone head, its the equivalent to the cone head.

Holy jeez- plants vs goblins was my childhood (I was confined to an Amazon Fire tablet which only had bad ripoff games D:) I remember wanting pvz so bad and begging my mom for it, but the tablets had this instead. I was so happy that I got to play some form of pvz that I tried to ignore how bad everything was. I stopped playing it after a while because it got too difficult. The main problem was that it decreased your seed slots as you went along, I think that you had to pay real money to get more, but I don't completely remember. But before that point, I was the *best* at it.

fun facts about 2 of these ripoffs: in plants vs goblins, the repeater ripoff is literally the peashooter ripoff but with a slightly smaller mouth literally next to the normal mouth, idk how to word it properly in trolls vs goblins, buster isn't actually really a wall-nut ripoff. it's more like a combination of infi-nut and bonk choy.
