That was his purpose for these guides that the theories behind why he chooses the items and the actual gameplay you're trying for with the gods should never change barring an actual rework of the character. The specific items will change a lot over time because of the constant buffs/nerfs they do and items leaving or entering into the game.

Fun fact: You can Awilix ult someone from Aphro 2. The time window is extremely short but it is possible-and one of the most satisfying things you'll ever do

Incon I just started Smite again a few weeks ago after a 2.5 year break since January 2018 and although I learn quickly with each god, I just wanted to say thank you for all your great content and how consistent you are with your activity in Smite. Best of all is your positivity, lack of excuses, and feel-good vibe. Even though I know how to play each god I still watch these because the advice and item build tips you give are stellar. Awilix has always been one of my favorites - her kit is just so unique and fun - and I've been looking forward to this one since you began your God Guides. Please, never stop being yourself, never stop being a light among so much negativity in a game made (like all) to have fun with, not be salty over. Sorry for the novel... Been subbed to your channel for about 5 years and just wanted you to know. Even when I didn't play smite for a couple years, I still kept up with your content. Long time viewer and lurker.

Just some things I thought of as an awilix player that incon didn't mention Combo: Leap > auto > feather step > (risky to go for this) auto > knock up > ult > put em down (note if they have a leap like ullr or neith don't ult until they leap out) Items: Most situations anything in mace tree (jotuns) or transcendence tree. If you want crit I would recommend death bringer and rage, unless you have no other CDR in which case go malice and death bringer. If you're up against some speedy bois like mercury, poseidon, etc. a stone cutting sword is always a good option. If you want attack speed I recommend no more than 2 items: executioner (*EDIT* executioner should just be Atlanta's bow it's just better for everything), hastened katana (only if they have 1 tank/bruiser without much burst), obviously crush, and if you wanna meme and haven't gotten any attack speed items and you're going to replace boots O-bow. I know, I know, but just give it a try Edit: Oh yeah btw one of my favorite combos is awilix geb... not for his roll knock up, but the cone ability. It's like the SMALLEST knock up, but you can yoink em with it and for whatever reason no one seems to play around it. This is particularly useful outside of conquest like joust or clash, but I personally never recommend assassins in joust unless you are like top 5% with your god.

@@WallyDaDeity Nah bro Panthers are Jaguars. Another little fact is all black panthers are therefore actually jaguars. The only big black cats in the world are Jaguars besides for the one exception being the more rare black panther of Africa and Asia which is a Leopard. Cougars are Pumas/Mountain lions. Panther is a dumb name honestly that's used on way too many big cats just to confuse the world.

You can actually turn around while Awilix feathersteps you. Good players will do that to avoid the knock-up.

Maybe something that will help some but Awilix has a 25% longer range on her basic attacks (same has Achilles) compared to every other melee gods. Just adding some more info for the new folks :)

Heartseeker is really good on her. I get it third or fourth item and I shred everything. He should’ve gotten it. I haven’t finished the video but only do it if you’re ahead because it’s so expensive if you’re behind it’s worth more to keep up. If you’re behind but haven’t backed for a while and you can afford it buy it though.

Also remember that Cupid Dash is considered a Leap and can be Awilix pulled even though it acts like a Dash.
