I'm also Indian and I'm curious to know where you think Lilly discriminates herself? I think everything she mentioned here about brown people is relevant. I find it really refreshing to hear it spoken about so casually because I can definitely relate. It is true that a lot of people can't distinguish between Asians and Lilly implied that this is because there has historically been less representation of minorities. The mention of 'brown people problems' seemed genuine and natural as opposed to forced, in your face and a bit superficial at times. I therefore had no issue with this conversation, in fact I loved it! :)
