Electrical implements require a steady supply of power without fluctuations n interruptions. As wind speed determine the volume of production of electricity there bound to be fluctuations n interruptions. In order to overcome this inconvenience power stabilizing devices such as storage batteries etc., are needed. This aspect was not discussed in this video. As to whether these additional arrangements are taken care off or not is not known. I believe this aspect might have been taken care off. As all of us know that the cost n efficiency of the product are the prime factors that determine the patronage among the users. I hope that the product is available at affordable price.

Sir, you are absolutely right, government should play active role in suppoting those scientists. One way of solving those fluctuations is connecting the power to the grid and having good stabilizer systems installed on the grid. Creating autonomous loops for smaller communities with stabilizers may help.
