This is more of an energy storage concept than free energy, its similar to storing energy in battery. It will be much more economical to use batteries than using flywheel for energy storage.

Flywheel technology was there from decades and as per my knowledge it's not viable for consumer or industrial usecases, to explain it simple - you can't run a train with Watch cell. The amount of energy system generated is always less than what it takes to run it in first place due to losses of friction, heat etc. And funny thing is they have used the word "perpetual", if you try to start a machine it needs non zero time to start and amount of energy it needed is more when compared to when it's running with some momentum. Real test would be to run the machine using battery power and try to re-charge it using the power generated by flywheel, if it can charge the battery back to initial position, and/or give more power than that, we've a Nobel laureate amoung us, who just changed the fundemental laws of physics. Let me assume there are 30 lights consuming 40watt each (30*40=1200)or(1.2kw), 20 fans consuming 100watt each (20*100=2000)or(2kw) now the load on the generator is (1.2+2=3.2kw). That makes sense the flywheel is capable to deliver 45kw instantaneously and the generator is only loaded around 3.2kw... Now where is the free energy ... Meanwhile losses in the motor, generator, bearings, couplings,etc where completely neglected and they usually contribute a major power loss and claiming that efficiency is over 100%.
