I’m so glad you continued this game wolf! I can confirm it’s possible the complete every parkour level in under 100 seconds. I completed the last one with 3 seconds to spare with a few hesitations. You just can’t make any mistakes on the last one

Something to help with parkour you should be able to unlock kick and jump kick, when you jump you can kick of enemies and walls so you can completely skip climbing, also your holding the rock staff upside down

Here is 3 tips you might not have none, tip 1: you can put two potions on your chest instead of putting them on your sides, tip 2: when you jump high in the air, you can kick someone and it will launch you in the air again. tip 3: if you break pots, there is a chance of it giving you, potions, or xp. extra tip, if you haven't already known if you do the arenas it unlocks new weapons for you.

Another tip would be: curses are only the negative effects of the curse altars. Removing curses only removes negative effects. The benefits are called blessings

wolf if you throw stuff off the bridge and jump you can get a cheat menu and that's how you get the mods (click the see more for the exact things you need to throw) first throw the arming sword then the normal shield then the fireball crystal the message board that says not to throw things and then jump off the bridge and land on the rocks
