Not true. 2012 season Detroit moved from the western conference Edit: the word both was not there originally when I made the above statement

@@CapnDiddles Um, read what he said again, slowly if necessary. It WAS the last time Detroit and Toronto were BOTH in the West. Toronto moved to the Eastern Conference the next season, '98-'99, so they were no longer BOTH in the West...only one of them still was (Detroit). English is only hard if you let it be.

In fairness to myself, from my perspective you were quick to jump on the original commenter for being wrong, but (I thought at the time) you were clearly wrong so I decided to zing you. As you've revealed, you were correct at the time you posted it, but their edit made things look different to outsiders. Again, I apologize but I suggest you edit your comment to point out the original commenter's edit, or you might keep getting more people piling on you without knowing the whole story.
