Thank you very much for this content! Very educational. I do have one question tho. When creating a user for this process, must you grant administrative access to that user for this to work or there's specific policies that you can grant to a non administrative user and achieve the same goal?

@theimoh you can create role with aws lex , cloud watch full access and aws Polly read only access policies for more granular approach you can have your own custom policies 🙏😊

Thanks for the video. It helps a lot. I have a doubt whether we can customize the Chatbot UI or not. By default font color is black and background something else. What if I want to customize the whole UI of chatbot using React. How I can do that? Please reply or atleast provide some reference from where I can go through.

hi your vedio is very helpful thanks for this, but what if I want to integrate more than one language(French, Arabic,etc) according to the utterances it should shift to the respective language.??

Hi @saket I haven’t tried but you can try with creating separate intent and then create separate utterances and responses for different languages and there is option to enable language detection that will enable lex chatbot to detect the language of input utterances .. ..let me know if you face any issues 😊

@@JasCloudTech Actually I have added 2 languages English and French in Amazon lex and hosted through Cloud formation but while conversation for ex I have added starting utterance for French language as Bonjour/Salut but it's not responding to it.Its responding for English language only.

thanks! This is so much help. Can this also be connect with amazon connect? For example, i want to add a custom chatbot to my website but if they need to speak to an agent, they can be redirected to an agent using amazon connect.

We can utilize conversational logs … saving it in S3..

@desiayushtyagi you can use any html having script tag …you need to copy the script after the cf stack is deploys the lex web ui
