Great video! Thanks! Rookie question: If the packets are encrypted using TLS, how will the appliances know to interpret the traffic? Agreed, it is a capability of the appliance and not GWLB, but still wanted to learn. Do these appliances use only the packet/frame metadata and not the payload to do their job?
