Looking at Mixing Station for the X32, it looks like you can. Just keep in mind that busses aren’t inherently stereo on the X32 like they are on the WING, so you will eat up more busses on that mixer (if you want your playback channels to play in stereo). However, you don’t need the sidechain bus to be in stereo :)
