For me it needs to be about thr connection between the team, the club and the fans - there can be plastic players and plastic owners too, and Liverpool definitely suffered under Gillette and Hicks, just as Manchester United continue to suffer under the Glazers.

And who do you think is responsible for making LFC the self sustainable Club that it is today, making all of this possible? Oh that’s right, Fenway Sport Group. They are not perfect owners, but they are GOOD owners, and those are hard to come by these days.

@@secla_SC They are good owners, but "Green Lighting " projects is what any responsable owner does they did not spend a penny of their own money, modernising the infrastructure helps them just as much, modern infrastructure and bigger stadium increases LFC's value.
