Axelay-Hardest Mode Best Ending with special Graphics-(SNES Playthrough/Speedrun)[No Deaths] Youtube

This is a Playthrough /Speedrun of one of my favorite Games on the SNES.
Let me show you Axelay's skills on Very Hard Difficulty which leads to the Best Ending.
As a kid I never managed to play it through on highest difficulty back in the days, so here we go ;)
I also want to present some uncommon techniques to beat the game and some interesting mechanics - Even nowadays I still enjoy the unique Gameplay and the fascinating Music and the authentic and outstanding Graphic Design.
It took me quite a few tries to achieve this^^

I swear I've gotten part of my soul back ever since I found this game on KZbin. One of my favorite games to play for Super NES. Also had me on the edge of my seat at times and to this day I don't know how I beat level 4 and especially level 6

Classic. I'll never forget level 3 which was my favorite because of the music and scenery Level 4 was hard af and level 6 seemed damn near impossible

Loved this game. Such great graphics and design for the time.

"See you again at Axelay 2"... must have missed that one. Anyway, this game had some pretty good music and some neat graphical special F/X. What I don't like about the visuals is the widespread use of several spheres to form an arm or explosions, and also the use of the standard Konami sound library effects as they used in many other games of the time as well.

Awesome game so ahead of its time at the time. It looked like a neo geo game.

The emulated version of this game is much darker visually and the music is a touch faster than the original. What a shame for such an epic game.

Not only that, but several graphical effects are glitched out and almost all of the sound effects are way off. Terrible emulation, there are better options out there to emulate this game.

Isn't this the same ending no matter what level of difficulty you're playing it on?

The only thing that only change on level of difficulty is the ending: Easy: Epilogue+Credits. When the credits is over, in the bottom of the screen appears the *CHALLENGE NORMAL MODE* tagline. Normal: Epilogue+Credits+Final Scene (First part only). After Axelay returns on the earth in the bottom-right of the screen appears the *CHALLENGE HARD MODE* tagline. Hard: Epilogue+Credits+Final Scene. After Axelay returns on the earth a pendant appears closing with a image of the earth and in the bottom on the screen appears the *1992 KONAMI ALL RIGHT RESERVED* Very Hard (Unselectable, playable only after clearing hard): Epilogue+Credits+Final Scene. Same as hard, after Axelay returns on the earth a pendant appears closing with a image of the earth and in the bottom on the screen appears the *1992 KONAMI ALL RIGHT RESERVED* but in the top-right of the screen appears a certain *SEE YOU IN AXELAY 2* # tagline too. #: Though, Axelay 2 was never done.
