I'm always getting a lot of questions around my health and fitness. Many of you seem intrigued about how I keep fit and what my diet is like? So I thought I may as well address it in today's video. I hope this gives you all some insight into what my workout routine consists of and what I tend to eat on a day to day basis.
I will stress however that different routines work for different people and please feel free to mix up your exercises and do thing that you enjoy as an individual...the same principles to some extent apply for diet.
