I hate it for you, and can empathize with about everything you said...here's a thought: maybe there's a BOUNCE acronym? Bed (Rest) Optimism (Positive mindset) Understand the market environment (Thorough prep) iNtentional trades only (Plan trades) Cut losers quickly (Keep risk tight) Even or better for the day (Aim to finish positive) If you like it, use it...maybe it's not exactly what you had in mind, but it just kind of came to me as you were going through it...and acronyms are fun. Great video ... Going from a winning streak to losing is one of the hardest parts of trading. The natural thing to do is to "fight back and win", but that leads to poor trading. The book "Chimp Paradox" is a good read on this subject.
