Wow! 2nd video in the series and so inspirational! This is a game changer as i am guilty of all the points listed. This is why it can take so long to be consistent as our habits are deeply ingrained. It takes time to reform our habits. I know this monthly journal will give me a solid framework to trade from. I always felt shaky taking trades and profiting was a stroke of luck.
