nice video! is it better/important to have size on early in liquidation moves? and are these type of trades ones where your traders will execute with big size?

does the footprint help add conviction to these trades? e.g @ 13:46 if there is absorption at the 1 min lows or delta divergence?

From my understanding bad highs and lows are areas of the market that are being absorbed by iceberg orders?
@R_radu2 жыл бұрын
So basically, the bad high/low is a constant absorbtion of either the buyers or sellers in the acutioning process? Is it similar to a ledge?
@AxiaFutures2 жыл бұрын
Yes or simply the powder of those who are initiative gets dry.

What is the probability of the poor highs and lows getting repaired? Do they always get repaired, eventually?
@AxiaFutures2 жыл бұрын
Hi Eugene. The intuition of a trader is that there is a higher chance of these poor highs and lows being repaired. There is no exact mathematical probability, but it is one clue that you can take in your day to day analysis. If other factors line up such as orderflow pace, positioning and catalyst in front of these poor highs or lows, there is even higher chance they will get traded by locals.

Bad High/Low is the same as Poor High/Low ? Didn´t quite get it
@AxiaFutures2 жыл бұрын
Hello, the concept is the same.

Why are you calling these bad high/low? Is there a difference between poor high/low?
@DavidElstob733 жыл бұрын
When you see lots of candles that are testing the same level, it's like the race hasn't finished. Whereas a lone candle at an extreme high or low is an example of a finished race/auction. So to answer your question, I would say there is no difference between a bad/poor high or low.
