Is it just the portal ends that ar diffrent on the new axles, or are there other diffrences as well? I am considering the portal axles, but i wish there were a convertion where you just have to put on the portals at the ends.

Treal has portal kits that mount to the stock straight axles, bout the same price as buying the portal kit though.

I used a shorty steering servo on my scx10 pro….a normal size servo drags on rocks and such.. Great review …the pro is quite competitive…I like the straight axle on mine but I was considering the portal conversion also.

@@RCReviewChannel I ended up using an NSDRC shorty servo….Reefs is a great brand one also and I have a few of those as well on other rigs. With this level of RC I use mostly the best stuff…

Did you have the coyote body there or the cliffhanger, both look pretty nice? I've got mine set up very similar to what you're planning and I really like it. Axial scx 10ii kit is good but you have to upgrade a lot of stuff for it to be competitive

Not for trx 4, as we know, it is easily available from companies such as Aliexpress and the trx4 2 gear transmission attracts me very much, but the fact that the bronco cap is black seems very boring to me, so axial seems logical, but it is not possible to find the part, and the seller does not upgrade me with axial ones anyway. And do you think, if I buy the trx4, should I make it heavier? I have beadlock rims, but if I buy brass or aluminum parts, will it tire the transmission or cause a problem?
