Potions and the "axis" are clearly going to have their value tied to each other, so it turns into CS:GO loot boxes where you can get lucky and get a high value knife, but in the end it's just gambling. With the manager and scholar program it turns into a pyramid scheme. Sounds like a great game.

I'm trying to get into axie,but ronin wallet doesnt alloy you to buy in canada,metamask is just erroring,idk if i can send from other exchanges one had fees 5X the amount i wanted to send, the other states it may not support it and the min is $125 that ill lose if it doesnt, and so far its really really frustrating,every guide i follow, every step i take i just run into another problem.I cant purchase axies because i cant ge the freakin money onto it.And i just need some help

There is no specific amount of ETH (Etherium) needed. But you do need a decent amount to start. Ideally, you would like to spend more $$ on your first three since these 3 Axies(first team) will be the ones doing your "dailies" to get your daily "SLPs". SLPs are what you sell for $$ in return. The thing is you would want to get your initial investment back ASAP and earn as you farm for more SLPs after, to sell for $$.

Very unlucky that the base price (purchasing the 3 lowest axies) is like ~ 1000 bucks, I'm already broked, wish there was a way to get the WORST axies but like for ~ 50$ or something, and you'd have to work you ass up to get it to become something somewhat good. Yea sure to have people learn is their purpose, not have commission fees. Imagine if instead of having a wallet you get X currency at the beginning, and imagine if you have to play for a week with a standard upgradable team before you unlock the X sum. Then imagine, just imagine, you get access to that sum and are able to spend it, just like you do now but with real money, and earn that currency to be able to do the scholarship thing with someone else. Someone might not want to start with the basic team and just become a scholar to go directly into the game. They make some currency and things go exactly as they are now, but no funds are needed. Just imagine how hard for them it would be to not have implemented the features that take real money. It was never about learning, it was all about them getting commissions. Don't kid yourself.
