Hi, great video, Is it necessary to turn off machine when changing bit? How do I set the Richauto controller to start cutting only when the desired number of RPM is reached?

Thank you, it is not necessary to shut the machine down to change your tooling. Your RichAuto controller will have a 3 to 4 second setting that will let the spindle come up to operating RPM before the file starts.

If you need to reset your controller back to factory settings please email our support team. [e-mail] they should be able to supply you with the necessary files to reset your controller.

Well, mine doesn't do that, it doesn't do anything at all. I just brings up another window that i cant get past. IT'S TOUGH FINDING HELP WITH A NEW MACHINE! It's been almost a year and i still can't cut anything. What am i doing wrong??

when we selected the u disk file the set work paarameters page doesnt show up, is there any way to fix this ?

How do you change the speed scale during program execution?

If you a referring to the blue puck not sensing the contact with the bit...this can be caused by a poor connection or bad wire in the puck cable, or a loose connection in the backside of the female plug. It would be recommended to check that wire, it can be replaced very easily as it simply attaches to the bottom of the puck with a screw. Generally, when suspected as having a poor connection...we cut this wire back approx. 2 inches and then reattach. If you need further assistance, please give our support team a call. Thank you,

There might be a character limit on the display. Shorten the name of need be.

Be sure you are saving your files in the correct formate. If exporting them from the Vectric software remember to use the Axiom post processor saving them as a .mmg file.
