Great video! Rules are spot on. Just one comment: 16:43 - The Targeted Attack - Air Units ability of a scout car is best shown where there are other units in the zone with the air unit. The scout car can apply its hit to the Stuka, instead of having the defender choose the typical infantry casualty. In the video example, a lone Stuka would die to any hit from any attacker. And, of course, the Stuka does get to fire back.

@Matt_Hyra Thanks for the comment. Indeed yes, it's worth highlighting the Scout car Targeted Attack - Air Units ability happens against territories with any number of hostiles that has an air unit. Back in the day we'd call the situation in my example, +EV (positive expectation value). Both hitting @2orless and the Scout has a free choice to destroy a supply. Nowadays they say, 'winner winner chicken dinner'. 😆
