Curious to see the build sheet on this one. Seems like it's missing the bigger features to still come in at $315k... Gullwing doors, rear cabin, rear windlass, bathroom, etc

Ahoy Kieran- I'd be happy to review a build sheet with you! The pricing of the aft deck wet bar versus the aft cabin is VERY similar. We have yet to have a client want or need the rear windlass- it's not a super popular option in our New England anchoring conditions..
