Ayodhya Cantt to Anand Vihar Terminal Vande Bharat Express: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on December 30, 2023 flagged off the new Ayodhya Cantt to Anand Vihar Terminal Delhi Vande Bharat Express train. Train number 22426 Ayodhya-Anand Vihar Vande Bharat Express will depart from Anand Vihar Terminal in Delhi at 6:10 AM to reach Ayodhya Cantt station at 2:30 PM taking 8 hours and 20 minutes. The train will depart from Ayodhya Cantt at 03:20 PM and reach Anand Vihar Terminal at 11.40 PM. En route the train will stop at Kanpur Central and Lucknow.
I came to Delhi to travel by Vande Bharat Express train to Ram Mandir, Ayodhya. The facilities and ticket rate are almost like a flight. But this train serves only vegetarian food. രാമജന്മഭൂമിയായ അയോധ്യയിലേക്ക് വന്ദേഭാരത് എക്സ്പ്രസ്സ് ട്രെയിനിൽ ഒരു യാത്ര പോകണമെന്ന പദ്ധതിയുമായിട്ടാണ് ഇത്തവണ ഞാൻ ഡൽഹിയിലേക്ക് വന്നത്. ഡൽഹി അനന്തവിഹാർ ടെർമിനസ് സ്റ്റേഷനിൽ നിന്നും രാവിലെ 06.10 നാണ് ട്രെയിൻ. ഒരു വിമാനത്തിലേതിനു സമാനമായ സൗകര്യങ്ങളുള്ള ഈ ട്രെയിനിലെ ടിക്കറ്റ് നിരക്കും അതിനോളം വരും. എന്നാൽ ഈ ട്രെയിനിൽ വെജിറ്റേറിയൻ ഭക്ഷണം മാത്രമേ ലഭിക്കുകയുള്ളൂവെന്നത് എനിക്ക് ഒരു പോരായ്മയായി തോന്നി. ഏകദേശം എട്ടര മണിക്കൂർ യാത്രയുള്ള ഡൽഹിയ്ക്കും അയോധ്യയ്ക്കുമിടയിൽ കാൺപൂർ, ലഖ്‌നൗ എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിൽ മാത്രമാണ് വന്ദേഭാരത് എക്സ്പ്രസിന് സ്റ്റോപ്പുകളുള്ളത്. അയോദ്ധ്യയിലേക്കുള്ള വന്ദേഭാരത് യാത്രയും ഭക്ഷണവും വിശേഷങ്ങളുമൊക്കെയാണ് ഈ വീഡിയോയിൽ.

സുജിത്ത്,ISKCON,tirupathi പോയപ്പോൾ vegetarian അല്ലേ കഴിചത്. ഈ trainൽ ഒരു pilgrim place ആയി മാറുന്ന destinationക് പോകുബോൾ trainൽ non vegetarian food ന് വാശി പിടിക്കുന്നത് എന്തിനാണ്. This is a good decision. Occasionally vegetarian foods are good...take it in that aspect tto.

I have been there, a few month's back. Against this pompous temple and newly constructed airport, everything else is poor. Poverty and dirt is everywhere. I am waiting for Sujith's view on this. It is like just any UP town. If the amount of money invested there can in any way improve the life of common people, it is good. I was excited to see your vlog about your trip to Ayodhya, but unfortunately, I was disappointed. Throughout the video, you kept speaking about non-veg food not being served on the train. I don't think it's reasonable to expect non-veg food to be served on a train that is specially going to holy places like Ayodhya and Katra(the place from where people start hiking to Vaishno Temple in Jammu). I didn't expect this from you, especially since you have previously visited places like Varanasi and Mathura where even restaurants don't serve non-veg food for long distances. Even as Malayalees, when we go to Sabarimala, we fast for 41 days. I feel that it's the same thing there, particularly in the northern part of India where you can see more devotees. This is a train that goes to the famous Sri Ram temple, just imagine the kind of feeling for someone who is going to the temple sitting next to some other guy who is having non-veg for his breakfast or lunch? That is why most probably they made this train a Veg meal only. Those who want to have non-veg and have a good time while going to this place can obviously opt for other options (taxi, bus, airplane, or other numerous trains)
