Location, location, location is the saying when you're buying a house. That alone cost more than the house itself! Note that the first bedroom or a den felt like you are incarcerated feeling that Muntinlupa Vibe! lol Nice corner house with beautiful interior but quite a bit rectangular in shape as I've seen others with much better architectural appeal from the outside for about the same price. Presenter or host did a good job in describing and showing the details of the house which made the presentation more flowing and smooth not having to pause to think of words to say. Julia from Presello just found herself a good competition! lol

500 million and it’s not even professionally staged. Pool is unfinished and unprepared. Host needs to give her personal opinion to help reimagine spaces rather than being already prepared for a full showing.
