That door in the dining leading to the balcony is a screen door (keeping insects away) and not a security door as you mentioned. If it is only made of mesh, one can easily slice the mesh and gain entry into the property. A security door is made up of a mesh put metal elements to prevent unwelcome entry. Putting the price would definitely influence potential buyers. Wala namang sapat na dahilan para itago o hindi ilahad, di ga?

It is unfortunate that you don't post the price because I don't know if this house is within my budget or not and I wasted long time maybe you announced the price at the end but unfortunately no mention of the price and I feel my time is wasted to patiently watch all this time and don't know what is the price. I also feel this house is in the middle of nowhere maybe it is a good location on top of the hill but it is not near to any mall or hospital or other civilization
