I love this house, very Filipino though modern. The sunroom is what I appreciate the most with a coffee bar 😊. The design team of this house do thought of the buyer - the need. Your presentation is on point and comprehensive. May I suggest that the service area will be toured as well.

I so love the simplicity and elegance of the design of the interior. Everything is connected, echoes the mature and cultured mindset of the owner. I wonder if every piece (including the artworks!) is included haha. Honestly, I've only seen houses exquisitely designed like this in Forbes.

The thing that I don't like about houses in the Philippines are the doors not being sealed. You can see light through the gaps and air, bugs, etc can get in through there.
