I think it should be mandatory for all houses to be senior-friendly. That is what I look for in a house design if it is well thought out or not.

A first. Solar panel ready mentioned. If you are able to afford this beautiful house I would buy the plots next door also. Put some fruit trees there. Looking at the website I see a lot of houses which are of same design. To make it future old age proof an elevator would be nice.

You should provide the price, instead of it being "available upon request". It will save the buyer time and effort since price is one of the major considerations in a purchase. A call or email to request for the price is not useful if the price is beyond the buyer's budget in the first place. Other real estate sellers and companies have no issues posting price even up to 9 digits so what is holding you back?
