Thats gonna be the way going forward, the days of a plucky up and comer like Subaru trying their best in hololive are long gone. Its a bit sad but that is the price of a successful company I guess. I am certain advent and regloss especially had months of behind the scenes training pre debut, its like Fubuki said, its as if they have all been in HL for years because there was absolutely no nerves or awkwardness or anything showing for any of them after they debuted like the older gens. Literally the day after they debuted they were just the same as they are now, calm, confident, and professional. Ofc they had experience from their previous life but nothing on the scale of HL.
