According to VSBW and lots of other sources they confirm that: “All Lycoris members are well educated and trained in multiple fields of expertise, including infiltration, espionage, combat, and driving or piloting any vehicle/aircraft. They are also required to at least learn numerous languages other than Japanese, such as English, Russian, or French.” Ayanokoji wouldn’t have been specifically trained in espionage, infiltration, or lots of other things Lycoris’ would be trained in that aren’t specified, which would have to include academics which should also be at an extreme level. So yes, Chisato will inevitably take some mental abilities from an incredibly over-hyped character.

Bro I saw LR and I fell in love with the character of Chisato but, it is needless to say that kiyotaka wins and some of the points you gave to Chisato should have gone to kiyotaka and anyway I do not think that in the WR they did not teach kiyotaka how to use weapons and in my opinion as obvious as in this field Chisato wins but also the reflexes of kiyotaka are extraordinary(Yes kiyotaka is one of my favorite anime characters ever but I swear it didn't affect my words my judgment is sincere)
