hey christine i'm sure people have already said this but heathers will be more confusing (even in order) than hamilton because it does have dialogue between songs, whereas hamilton is all song. so i'd maybe watch the movie to get the gist of it (though they differ quite a bit), or maybe ask for comments to explain what happens between songs!! huge fan of heathers and so so happy you're liking it so far!

I'm sure someone else has commented about it, but just to warn you, the movie has a really different vibe than the musical. I don't want to say the musical is better... But most people prefer it over the movie. The characters are far more likeable than their movie counterparts. All the same, I'm excited to see you do these! It's a bit early on in the series, but Galactibun, who did the first couple of Hamilton animatics that you watched, did a couple for Heathers as well. I think a lot of people would think it cool if you watched one of them! (Just so you know, Galactibun started a new channel, they're called scribs now.)

the movie is pretty good (in my opinion) , both the musical and the movie has a LOT of dark humor and dark themes. but the movie is a cult classic. i'd recommend watching the musical, then watching the movie to see which one you like better.

Candy Store is the next song! There are a lot of animatics for it, but my personal favorite is Galactibun's. I know it's not up on their channel anymore and I know they didn't really want people to reupload their videos . . . but people did, sooo. It's easy to find if that's the one you choose to watch! The movie and the musical are pretty different - there's more light humor in the musical and the characters are more humanized as opposed to apathetic. But I do suggest you watch the movie first to get an idea for the plot since if you're only going by the songs you'll miss the parts in between. I love the series though and hope you enjoy it !!
