I know this is an old episode but it brought back such a vivid memory for me. In 4th grade we went to the most prestigious school in our county as the “low income kids” small percentage required by the state for grant purposes. An I remember my mom picking us up in the car rider pickup line in an old ass faded blue Chevy Corsica (smoked like a train) that had a bumper sticker on the back that read “Jesus loves you, but everyone else thinks you’re an asshole.”

Oooof. the gas station one was a good question. I used to live above a lukoil and would get breakfast there every morning, but it wasn’t even a convenient store. It was a service center that had a coffee machine and a shelf with those fruit & cheese danishes
