I started watching Ayla bc of knj (although I knew her from Logan's vlogs) but her vlogs have made me adore her and low-key dislike Kian. I figured she'd handle his shenanigans well bc she seems really fun and used to chaos in a good way but his "funny" when it comes to her is just kinda icky. He comes off distant and mean, like his only enjoyment is annoying or embarrassing Ayla. She seems to have a thick skin about it or is oblivious to it, which highkey makes it even more mean. It reminds me of when all the boys shopped for Franny, and Kian was the finale but spent all of her money on himself & Bobby and she had to delete the video so he wouldn't get so much hate. I still remember her face and how she immediately shut down emotionally so it wouldn't hurt so much. That was the angriest I'd ever been at Kian (AND Corey💙 still picked all her stuff in the redo bc he still tried to not take it seriously🙄). Like it's the same mean-spirited energy. I get it with JC or the rest of the Camboys but you'd think he'd be nicer to women, especially as such a proud mama's boy. Like if Ayla's happy or excited about something he has to deflate her joy, it's really ugly. I want them to get married (bc that's what Ayla has said she wants) but I'm afraid they'll end up on those tiktoks where shitty "jokester" husband's humiliate their wives for content or for their own amusement. They're not even married and he already acts like that inattentive, "I hate my nag of a wife" guy. Constantly making faces as she talks happily or rolling his eyes at the camera. If you don't want to be filmed at that moment just say it, don't be a dick. It lowkey feels like he doesn't want to share the spotlight. The unnecessary "come shopping with me bc i didn't care enough to pick my clothes beforehand" segment of the gender reveal video, like he took the camera guy and everything. The idc how I look attitude while wearing something super attention-grabbing like those glasses and hat. The "hey, i know this is a mommy pampering video but she arranged everything while I gamed and technically did nothing but pay for drive-thru". AND stopping the video to tell us he scheduled a haircut bc that just NEEDED to be put in while Ayla cutely compliments him despite him trying to steal her shine and dim her light simultaneously. Like he could've just said he got a haircut while Ayla got her nails done but he had to let us know how little he cared about this content. He's always come off self-centered, in that "I'm the Star" sort of way most youtubers (who wish they weren't still doing youtube) do, lazy yet entitled and in competition with their channel partner but never did I think it'd extend to his actual life partner. Idk, I love them both (yes, this is a harsh criticism but I do love Kian, watched him for 9yrs voluntarily) his behavior just concerns me and at this point, I just want the best for Ayla (and the baby, ofc). I'm just hoping he gets his stuff together bc she deserves someone who sees what an amazing catch she is and publicly declares their love for her not someone thats competing for attention. BUT if Kian "smashes the cake in her face", even metaphorically speaking, I'll stop supporting him, unsubscribe from KnJ and everything, istg.
