The pose looks easy, but applying it in practice when you have to control/move your body to the right position and match the movement of the shuttlecock is very difficult to master. Need tons of time to practice

Thanks coach for funny and useful content. For hard smash .. leg kicking is very crucial to generate big power. Bring him to practice a volleyball spike first, without proper power transfer from legs, the ball wont go nowhere.
