I was born in the 10th month of 1998, I would say any one born after 1993 UpTo 2003/4 would be deemed as Actual 2k kids. Those who are born after 2004 would fall under 2010 kids slot. And also the generation category makes ppl born 1996/7 - 2012 as Gen Z . GenZ s are pure 2k kids. Gen Y @ Millennials are pure 90s kids. Be well informed kid before passing opinions.
