New Sub here. Great food and traveling channel. I like how Ayngelina is so adventurous and open mind to try new food. 👍🙏

Thank you so much! I never turn anything down unless it’s endangered but this was one of the most adventurous videos.

The lemongrass curry stuffing inside in the grilled frog can also be stuffed inside a de-boned chicken wing.

that would also be delicious.

Selemat Sore, Great food video with CT & Allan with my favorite food: grilled fish, veggies but like mashed potatoes! Dried clams sounds interesting chocked full of B-12. Frog with green curry paste, is this hot?
@ayngelina4 ай бұрын
I had seen these clams all over the street and because I'm from an ocean province in Canada I did not think it was wise to eat. But when CT explained they were blanched first I realized I was missing out. That said, like ceviche I would not eat late in the day. The green curry in Cambodia is a bit different, it's very light and almost floral. And not spicy at all. Like Latin America they put the spicy on the table for you to add if you want it.

@@ayngelina Hi only see claims on a bed of ice in a fish store and always farmed! 💙Dreaming of Linguini. Fish is so $ in CA.

I can only imagine. Even in my home province we’ve noticed prices increase buying direct from fishermen because they have to spend so much now in fuel.

I think this is the most interesting food tour I've seen on your channel. You're giving Andrew Zimmern a run for his money 😂

Well it makes cuy seem like child's play doesn't it. Although I did eat churos (palm tree slug) in the Amazon in Ecuador and that was harder than any of this!

I told you the cost of the baby bees, which was the most expensive at $5. The rest I was unsure because it wasn't itemized. But everything was a dollar or two.

@@ayngelina there are many versions of broth for nom banh jouk. Can be in red curry or in green broth (kreung paste) etc.. All versions are popular among local.
